Anne Hiller

Anne has been a supporter of Fotokids since crossing paths with Nancy McGirr during her first visit to Guatemala in 2010.    Captivated by the beauty and spirit of the country, Anne’s frequent return trips over the years provided opportunities to gain additional insight into the strength of the Fotokids program through classroom visits, introductions to staff members, and attendance at gallery exhibits in Guatemala and the U.S. that showcased the student talent being nurtured.

Anne is retired after a 40-year career as a veteran Silicon Valley executive team member for over a dozen venture capital-backed technology start-ups, several of which were acquired by publicly traded companies including Apple, Symantec, and Experian.

Anne is also a 2006 co-founder and Director Emerita of the Joyce Ivy Foundation, a Michigan-based 501c3 that to-date has helped over 1,200 young women in the Midwest level the admissions playing field at top-tier colleges and universities.
