At 15, she represented the organization at the Seeds of Compassion conference in Seattle, presenting our Fotokids Out of The Dump book to the Dalai Lama; concurrently her work was exhibited at the Seattle Art Museum and the catalogue cover for an exhibit in the Kingstad Gallery in Portland. She joined Fotokids as a teaching assistant at age 17 and earned her Bachelor’s in Social Work, now completing a master’s in Social Protection Systems. She does a work visit to each of the student’s families every month.
